Traditional consultant generally disappears after Certification. For Certification , maintenance becomes critical, during Six Monthly Surveillance audit by Certification agency

AFOES offers life cycle maintenance of the system through a separate contract. Up gradation of the system can be done through AFOES at very nominal charges
