From there, the client’s unique system is built entirely on the client’s location during a series of facilitated workshops organized around the customizable Balanced Scorecard framework.Â AFOES’s experienced consultants train the client’s team, facilitate all workshops, and help develop the scorecard system in a short time, typically 6 â€“ 12 weeks. The consulting option is the most effective at taking advantage of AFOES experience and lessons learned, and having a system built and operational in the shortest period of time and with the least amount of difficulty and burden.
